Thank you for taking the time to correct some of the errors.

Since this is all publicly available information, please note that flores.mobi does not belong to dotMobi and the domain has been transferred - you can see as much from the Whois database.

Single.mobi was not part of the auction - the Whois database shows that that domain was acquired on the first day of our landrush (Sep 26, 2006).

Also, the Whois database shows that diccionario.mobi was indeed assigned.

Kind regards,

Caroline.

Dear Caroline,

First, thanks for your comment.

1) Inaccuracies

Domisfera has checked again all domains one by one and has updated the article with the following changes:

a) Photos.mobi, photo.mobi and videos.mobi were assigned to Paul Chmiel (Last Transferred Date:07-May-2008)

b) Coffee.mobi was assigned to L. Bacigalupo (Last Transferred Date:03-Jun-2008)

c) Flores.mobi is not INACTIVE. Registrant Name:mTLD Top Level Domain, Ltd Registrant Email:premium(@)mtld.mobi. In this moment this domain seems to belong to dotMobi. You can confirm this or not....

2) ...reference to one name that was not even part of the auction...

Please, can you say the name in order to check it?

Now the updated article must have 0 inaccuracies.

As you have said that the re-allocation and substitution processes have finished, this article could be the end of this long final chapter (although the final prices have not been published oficially).

Now we can look ahead, but knowing what happened with these domains.

I feel obliged to point out that this article contains several inaccuracies, ranging from details about individual cases, assignment / non-assignment of names and reference to one name that was not even part of the auction.

The dotMobi Community proposal was much more complex than simply assigning names at the 'highest price'. I am pleased to report that we have concluded with the re-allocation and substitution processes (essential parts of the Community Proposal) and in doing so have closed this chapter and are moving on.

Thank you.
