The last act of the disastrous .mobi premium domain auctions conducted by Sedo

On February 7, 2008 dotMobi reported that he had contacted all the winners of the disastrous auctions conducted by Sedo December last year. According to dotMobi of more than 70 involved less than 10 rejected the proposal for allocation of premium domains.
By having the majority support of the community affected, dotMobi went ahead with this proposal which was basically to be paid the highest price reached by domains (in the original auction or extensions thereof) or nothing (domains would stay in dotMobi).
On February 13, 2008, Caroline Greer of dotMobi has clarified in relation to the question made by Domisfera that "As regards publishing a list of domains and final prices arising from the December auction / settlement, this is not something that dotMobi has done in the past and there are no plans to do so."
It has been more than 5 months after the conclusion of the auction and 3 after dotMobi began the allocation process. It is time to know what happened to these premium domains.
A single person was the winner of the 4 most expensive .mobi domains of the auction and also the 7th and 8th most expensive:

Moreover, Constantine Giorgio Roussos, who made the bid of $611,000 for music.mobi said that he had won the initial for $66,000. Even he had already received the bill from Sedo. When the auction was extended, he stopped bidding because he felt it like a fraud which the two bids that were over his bid belonged to two bidders (# 13 and # 14) that had not been involved in the auction from the beginning.
Roussos threatened to sue Sedo. At the end, dotMobi assigned music.mobi to him.It’s unknown the amount paid by the domain finally (at the auction it reached the highest price ever paid by one .mobi). The other 5 3 domains in this list were not assigned to anyone:

Below is the table of .mobi which reached more than $3,000 in the auction. Of the 66 domains examined, 34 were not assigned and 32 were finally allocated. After the table is a summary grouped by owner. Of the 32 assigned domains, nearly half went to two people: Ivo Teel (6) and Andres Kello (7). Prices are those made at auctions. Domisfera doesn’t have any evidence that these were the prices paid by the domains finally:

I feel obliged to point out that this article contains several inaccuracies, ranging from details about individual cases, assignment / non-assignment of names and reference to one name that was not even part of the auction.
The dotMobi Community proposal was much more complex than simply assigning names at the ‘highest price’. I am pleased to report that we have concluded with the re-allocation and substitution processes (essential parts of the Community Proposal) and in doing so have closed this chapter and are moving on.

Domisfera has checked again all domains one by one and has updated the article with the following changes:
a) Photos.mobi, photo.mobi and videos.mobi were assigned to Paul Chmiel (Last Transferred Date:07-May-2008)
b) Coffee.mobi was assigned to L. Bacigalupo (Last Transferred Date:03-Jun-2008)
c) Flores.mobi is not INACTIVE. Registrant Name:mTLD Top Level Domain, Ltd Registrant Email:premium(@)mtld.mobi. In this moment this domain seems to belong to dotMobi. You can confirm this or not….
2) …reference to one name that was not even part of the auction…
Please, can you say the name in order to check it?
Now the updated article must have 0 inaccuracies.
As you have said that the re-allocation and substitution processes have finished, this article could be the end of this long final chapter (although the final prices have not been published oficially).
Now we can look ahead, but knowing what happened with these domains.

Since this is all publicly available information, please note that flores.mobi does not belong to dotMobi and the domain has been transferred - you can see as much from the Whois database.
Single.mobi was not part of the auction - the Whois database shows that that domain was acquired on the first day of our landrush (Sep 26, 2006).
Also, the Whois database shows that diccionario.mobi was indeed assigned.
